Update on crap. [03 Jan 2006|11:02pm] [ mood | full ] [ music | once upon a time -- brooklyn ] Yea..here is an update. Saturday - Jenny had an amazing party. It was great. We got yelled at when we were outside saying Happy New Year for about 5 minutes. Jenny was laughing her ass off becuase the neighboars suck. Haha Jenny! ALWAYS Monday - School was back but I was tired because I went to bed at midnight via I was texting Meghan the whole time. Nothing special really but yea fun. Whatever. Today - School was fun. I went to bed at 11:30 so I felt a lil better. I got stuff at American Eagle tonight. I got a shirt and jeans. Also, a new cell phone cover (just regular shiny green cover instead of my old moo-moo cover). Ummmmmm yeah.........so there is ntohing really on with my life but it's ok. I will update later. Wicked - One Year Anniversary. [11 Dec 2005|10:44pm] [ mood | bored ] [ music | Defying Gravity -- Obc Soundtrack [memories] ] Well people guess what? One year ago on Dec/8/05 I was listening to the first time to Wicked on the "Broadway's Best" cd. It was the same as the OBC soundtrack and wow. I was blowen away. I remember to imagine what it would be like. I didn't even know what "Defying Gravity" meant. I just loved it and the ending grabbed me. I still didn't know what the words meant but I loved it. I later got the OBC soundtrack after Christmas and I listened to it every day in the shower. I usually belted "No Good Deed" & "As Long As You're Mine" & including "Defying Gravity". I always loved "Defying Gravity". So like in December a little later, I got my tickets to the Wicked tour in Chicago on May 29th. Not knowing the cast even. But I cried. Couldn't believe I was seeing it. So then Christmas comes. I got the best present from my mom saying she will take me and my sister to NYC. I wanted to see Wicked on broadway. So later in January, I went to a broker site and got rear-mezz tickets to "Wicked" on March 25th. I cried more because I loved Shoshana Bean. I had my 2nd guesses for JLT. So later, March comes in NYC. I go see Wicked and I was simply blowen away. I didn't care about rear mezz tickets or anything. I just enjoyed the show. It was beyond anything I had ever thought it was be. I had an obsession. I rushed to the stage door later to see what would happen for my first time stage dooring. So when I am there, Michelle is out and was past where I was already so I thought that was ok. Then later, JLT came out. She was a sweetheart. Told her she was amazing. She thanked me, signed my playbill, and took a picture. Then sooner, Shoshana comes out. I told her she made me cry during "Defiyng Gravity". She was like awww but kinda in a hurry. I was so happy I met her. Then David comes out, and he was very nice. He was the nicest guy actually so yeah he did all that jazz. I then just thought that was all of them so I walked away and the rest of my NYC trip was great. In May, I was bound to see "Wicked" again knowing the cast and such on May 29th with my voice teacher/mentor and her boyfriend. We had like left mez seats but it was seriously ok. I had my 2nd guesses for Derrick but now he is my favorite Fiyero. Everything rocked. Kendra's "Popular" mess-up was so f-ing funny. Defying Gravity put tears in my eyes but they didn't come out. It was amazing again. I went to the stage door and was there first but then EVERYONE WAS THERE! WOAH IT WAS BIG! Kendra came out first and I got a picture. Derrick then came out. He was awesome. Told him he was better than Butz. :x He was very nice. Right after that Jenna came out. She was very nice and I remembered seeing her from the show that I always used to watch. Sabrina haha. Then David came out. He was nice and all. So yeah. Then after about an hour from being at the stage door, Steph comes out. She was huddled. It was amazing to meet her. She was very nice and great. So yes, that was Wicked Tour. I emailed Stephanie later about how amazing she was in about July-ish or so. Asked for a signed photo and got it. She was very nice to send it s.a.s.e. and not have me send one to her. I received it a week later and it was her "defying gravity" picture saying Xavier - Defy Gravity! - Stephanie J. Block. Amazed again. So after a while, I wanted to see Wicked again and check out the new Chicago cast in Chicago. I got tickets in July for August 21. Very cool. Went with a friend. I regret it. He was annoying. We had Orchestra 2nd row partial view left side seats. AMAZING SEATS! I didn't like the Chicago cast but yeah. Seeing "Defying Gravity" from that close to the stage was unbelieveable. The smoke coming toward your voice and you being in awe. Pure amazing. The stage door was fun. I had Adam Flemming for Boq so I got to meet him first. He was very very very nice. Before that , Hiedi came out in a hurry and signed our playbills. Then later Gene comes out and he was sooo funny. Bunny ears. haha. Rondi came out later and I told her she was my favorite Morrible. It's true. She still is. Then Ana came out and told her that her "Defying Gravity" was amazing. She was great. So yeah. That was Wicked in Chicago 8.21. So now, for an early Christmas present, I got tickets to NYC Dec. 14 - 18. I needed to see Wicekd with my favorite two people. So I have tickets for next Wednesday in NYC. Row CC. Left Side. Seats 5 & 7. It's gonna be amazing. I am seeing "The Color Purple" the night after that by the way. So yeah. My life is mostly complete by Wicked and it has changed me for good. Just wanted to share that with all you people. I was thinking that maybe it would be a trip to NYC. I was like lol never! I thought it was gonna be like a Thanksgiving card or something. I open it and it's a Christmas card and on the left it says "For you early christmas present, I am taking you and I to a round trip to NYC Decemeber 14 - 18!" I SAID IN MY HEAD HOLY FUCK NYC oiewrtejasjdfslhfahsrtpuae I HAD NO PULSE I WAS SOOOO EXCITED!!! AHHHHHH I told all my friends that were online. My friend, Sarah, died because she attempted to do a sucicide attempt and it worked. She was a great friend of mine. I can't believe she would do that. It seemed nothing was wrong. I can't believe it. Life goes on and everyone that has had the chance to know you will miss you. You will be missed even though you are in a better home, heaven.
